Human Rights Interactive Network is a California nonprofit organization dedicated to insuring respect for human rights worldwide. It produces the Internet Guide to Human Rights, Globalization and Humanitarian Relief and the Association of Humanitarian Lawyers website. The Association currently funds the costs of these free, public-interest pages.

Your tax-deductible contributions are welcome and needed to help a really terrific but underfunded organization that represents victims of war and initiates enforcement of human rights laws worldwide. Karen Parker, the Association's president, has been practicing (mostly pro-bono) for over twenty years, assisting indigenous groups, NGO's and U.N. special investigators with the help of many other attorneys, law school interns and volunteers.

The objective of this website is to provide introductory information about human rights and its related areas, including international development, disaster relief, consumer awareness, socially responsible investing and international law. The site also includes comprehensive links to organizations, government agencies and academic institutions throughout the world.
